Communication Design welcomes the industry to fill their Rolodex with the best and brightest of the next generation of Graphic Designers.
From the techniques of Letraset, scanning, photography and crafting. Rolodex brings a physical, human quality to a world that is leaning clean and digital. With an emphasis on using our hands and putting our whole worth onto the page.
The photos and photo treatment associated with ROLODEX were managed by myself, with editing help from a team of two others.
For each designer, a wide-angle and close-up of their phone were needed, as well as a wide-angle formal photo, a close-up formal photo, one of them doing something fun and one of them on the phone. In a series of multiple shoots, I managed the setup and tear down, as well as the photography itself.
The intention of the photo treatment was to call back to the art of film photography, and play into the human qualities that ROLODEX wants to get across.
